Buyer be aware.
Buyer be aware. "As is" means "As is". I wish I could do a half star after this experience. I bought a used 2018 truck less than a month ago, and as soon as I left the dealership, a vibration occurred and stayed the same over a certain mph. Unfortunately, when the test drive occurred, I ended up being right under this paticular mph which I felt nothing. I called back a day or two later after I went through every diagnosis I could. All I was told was that they did the so called "99 point inspection" which they sent to me after this complaint. That inspection isn't as good as the piece of paper it was typed on. Now, the truck has to have a transmission. Wow, it could have lasted at least a month or two before it came up. All they could say is, it is yours. Man, what some customer service. As long as they get the sell. It must be nice to check tire pressure, fluids, and a bunch of nuts to see if they were tight and call it an inspection. If you decide to go here to by a vehicle, bring your own personal mechanic to do the inspection. I hope you all enjoy your commission.

My truck buying experience with Speedway Ford was excellent. .From beginning to end, my salesman, Eric Carter, was friendly, professional, and courteous. He asked the right questions to determine what I wanted and helped me find it. Neither he, nor Joel (the Sales Manager) was too pushy.

Worse service ever
Pressured into buying the extended warranty only to find out they no longer honor it due to COVID and they refused to schedule my vehicle for repairs and told me I would have to leave my vehicle 5 to 6 weeks because they only had one worker employed now and they were going on vacation for a week. Sorry excuse for a business

I dealt with 3 other dealerships while trying to purchase...
I dealt with 3 other dealerships while trying to purchase my vehicle. I was on a very tight timeline and the other dealers were stringing me along and were being quite dishonest about arrival/delivery dates. Speedway Ford was up front, willing to negotiate, and had my vehicle ready with the requested add on within 3 days. The whole process could not have gone any better, especially during these low inventory times. I highly recommend the Speedway Team! My only complaint is the sticker price, but that is across the board with every brand. Speedway was willing to negotiate and I’m ultimately comfortable with what we paid based on the market.

Seniors Beware
SENIORS BEWARE! I made an appt. to drop off my 8 yr old Explorer for small leak from unknown place. They booked me for one week out,,advising it would be three day project. After day two I began calling as to status. Heath was my service advisor. He explained they determined source of leak,,but in doing evaluation discovered my sun roof would no longer close. Repair was over $1000! It worked fine before I brought it in. I began researching their reviews after thinking about this,,and discovered several comments about them “ finding” additional problems once they had in service bays. I thought $1000+ charge to repair or to just close my sunroof was extortion. I spoke to Phil,,Service Manager, who was helpful to the extent he assured me it wasn’t their policy to mark up new found work projects. I explained what I had been told just didn’t “ feel” right, and I thought I was being gouged, trying to take advantage of and old guy. We settled on them finding a way to close the sunroof, unfixed, and not charge me extra for labor for closing it that I had been told would cost me. I decided to reach out to GM, Rusty, who replies to all these reviews. Got his voice mail,,left message, no reply. They had my vehicle for four and a half days. I have dealt with this dealership in the past, and had been satisfied with their work. I understand there is a parts supply issue across the country due to many reasons, so the electrical switches might currently be hard to locate. But, it would have been far better to close the sunroof,,,explain the situation to me, and allow me time to consider the additional expense, rather than hold the car longer and try to get the additional expense from me.
