Purchase a Kia Optima and was told that they would fix the rim before purchasing after everything was final then they said they couldn’t. Was told that they would find the extra key a week later, no extra key. The car had dog hair all in it didn’t notice till the sun was shining the next day. Still waiting on the car to be detailed, something they also promised. These dealerships shouldn’t lie just to make a commission. I wouldn’t and won’t recommend them to no one.

You will love this service department, I made an appointment ahead of time. I was greeted in the covered service entrance by an excellent staff. I will always take my van here for its service. It's nice that they check to make sure every time the vehicle comes in for any recalls, they wash it after the service. Thank you Classic KIA of Texarkana!!!

Previous dealerships: I?ve only bought one car before this one, and the other dealership was horrible compared to this one. They caught me in fees and taxes and add ons that I didn?t want! It was a nightmare. Classic Kia on the other hand was THE BEST! They were incredibly straightforward and honest and helped get me a great deal. The entire process was just phenomenal. The people at Classic Kia are truly some of the best in the business.
