I don't recommend taking your vehicle for any type of repair. They've had one of our ambulance since February and nothing but excuses as to why it's not being repaired. We need this ambulance to better serve our community and they know that. What kind of company does that? Since they're an approved vendor for our company we are stuck in a position that we can't control. It's pretty ridiculous. Take your vehicles to a better more dependable company. I'm only putting one star because it's the only way to post this. They're not worthy of it though

Service very poor
I dropped my 2019 f150 off on a Monday afternoon 3/20/2023 needing some warranty work was told 3 to 5 days because only horn and seat belt was issue never heard anything all week from Dave in service even rented vehicle to get by so I called on Saturday 3/25/2023 no work was even performed or truck even looked at it my guess because warranty work let's not do it and warranty will expire do not take your vehicle here very unprofessional

Money pit
My father purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion in November of 2021 to be delivered to me in Chattanooga Tennessee. The car didnt even make it half way before it threw a chack engine light.Then up on packing his bags back in the car the back door latch broke 300$ plus 148dollars to diagnose the latch was brokeDuck taped door and all it made it to Tennessee. he checkengine light comes back on I take it to auto zone.They sy misfire in #2 cylinder .So 270dollars latterand new coils the light goesoff only to come back on . Miind you It hasnt been driven 2000 miles yet. aaand now it doesnt start and they want 7000 dollars to put new engine in it .Why not i done put new brakes all the way around it o that was500 dollars . And all i get is promises from getting a second key fob for it so that the driverasist works and can be programed to all the things that are wrong with . I put it on a truck and sent it back to texas 1350dollars and now they want to put me in something to keep my payments the same , iwant my fusion with a new engine in it . but it seems the factory recall on long block replacement aswell asthe door latch are under recall ;Ford and Pollard are a joke.Now that that i have thousands of dollsrs and time invested and the car is now in lubbock again . they want to try and set me up in something else . Dont think so just give me my 3000 dollar down payment and i will take the loss,.

NIGHTMARE
I purchased a vehicle from Pollard Friendly Ford in February of 2019 and in April there was a hail storm that cause damage to where this vehicle was considered a total loss from my insurance company. While dealing with this I spoke with the bank (Amarillo National Bank in Lubbock) and was informed that I would need to cancel my "extended warranty" which I knew nothing about and was not informed of at the time of purchasing this vehicle. I immediately called the dealership and spoke with Richard McDaniel- he told me that I needed to email him a statement of total loss from the insurance company and my address to forward the check from the warranty company. Richard did inform me that it would take 4-6 weeks before I got my check and didn't seem thrilled that it would be getting cancelled. I spoke with him on 05/18/2019 at which time I immediately sent the required documents, so over the next 3 weeks I called Richard several times and left 2 voicemails. 1 month passes and I decide to call to the warranty company to check if the policy had been cancelled. No they inform me that it is still ACTIVE and there have been no attempts to cancel it at that time. I call Pollard Friendly Ford and leave a message for the dealerships General Manager Tyler Terry, he called me back the same day (which seemed at the time promising) Tyler told me that he was sorry that he would speak with Richard and that due to the situation that he would see about expediting the refund of the warranty. Today 06/21/2019 (2 months after the car was deemed a total loss) I myself spoke with the warranty company and had to go back and forth with emailing documents and submitting forms I FINALLY got the policy cancelled and they are now issuing a refund check to the dealership. The people at this dealership all the way up to the General Manager are a joke and a nightmare to deal with, they lie and do not follow through with what they say if it is going to cost them their commission. They should call them "Pollard UN-Friendly Ford" because of the lack of care and lack of customer service that they offer- they only care about the almighty dollar and if you are no longer a profit for them they discount you completely and toss you aside because they need to focus on their next victim! DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, you will regret it and also in the long run pay $$
