A very professional & clean facility & great svc.
Service Manager Ronnie Brannan, performed his task of getting all of my info. & explain what the service would include in a most professional manner. My wait time was well within the limits of other dealers wait time. He also helped me update my new I-Phone on my Blue Tooth. Great service. Hal Lang

Great service
Our sales consultant, Adam Rodriquez, was very patient, courteous, and knowledgeable about the products he was selling. He was not pushy nor aggressive which was very much appreciated. I wasn't sure what I wanted to buy and Adam answered my questions as we were walking through the lot. I would return to Masters for future purchases.

Do not schedule an appt as it makes no difference
I made an appointment, arrived a few minutes before hand, only to wait until others that just drove in w/o an appointment minutes before I did were serviced. My vehicle waited for 2 others to be taken back prior to my service. I will no longer "schedule" an appointment as it makes no difference. Then while out on errands Saturday, the tire pressure sensor malfunction light came on. So yet another trip to the dealer. Yes, this one was handled quickly as my husband said he only waited about 10 minutes yet it was another trip to service that should not have been necessary. The service personnel are friendly and courteous.

Excellent Service Manager and Service
Justin Hartley was the Service Manager I dealt with and, as usual, he did and excellent job. Justin was knowledgeable, pleasant and polite, and very receptive to making sure my concerns about the potential damage to my SRX were properly dealt with. I've worked with Justin for the two years that have passed since I bought my SRX from Masters and every occasion has been a most satisfying experience.

Great Service
Justin did a great job explaining the recall on my Silverado and even gave me a loaner because the "fix" could take up to 3 hours. Great job!

2011 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab 4X4
I just recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Silverado Crewcab LT 4x4 from Masters Chevrolet in Aiken SC. The sales associate, Joe, was very knowledgable and helpful in my search for my truck.
