From the first call I made till I left the dealership was

From the first call I made till I left the dealership was a great experience. They had the truck I wanted and they had it gassed up and shinning when I got there! The staff was like going to vist a family members than a dealership! From the sales team to to finance it was straight to the point cheapest prices i could find doing my research....and I look hard. Thank you to everyone at the Cooper family dealership for making this the easiest and most comfortable experience I've ever had!

Barry was nice but did not do a good job with presenting

Barry was nice but did not do a good job with presenting numbers I was confused throughout the process and given different numbers at different times during the process. Every time I asked about numbers he just said ?we?ve got you approved? and ?let?s get you set up for the my Chevrolet app. ? I felt pressured any I do regret my decision but I?m kinda stuck with it now. The vehicle is nice but I would have rather gotten the trax I looked at honestly. Barry was personable but I do believe he took advantage of the situation I told him I was in. He catered to my wife more than myself which I respected the fact he included her but ultimately I was paying for the car, not her. The finance guy was once again, nice and friendly, but was also pressuring. I did not leave feeling happy I left feeling like I had a nice car but not what I truly wanted. The dealership facility was clean and nice though.

In regards to selecting and purchasing of 2025 GMC Sierra, I feel they get 5 stars. Salesman Chris Hardison was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles I wanted to see. He took the the time to explain everything in detail.

Adam and his team worked with me over the phone to make a

Adam and his team worked with me over the phone to make a deal without the usual hanging around the dealership for hours as I live in Georgia. Could not beat the price of the vehicle and they offered more then anyone else on my trades.. total time spent in the dealership was not more then 40 minutes!! Excellent experience for buying a vehicle.. would gladly recommend Cooper Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy or trade!

I just wanted to say how easy an experience it was buying

I just wanted to say how easy an experience it was buying my new truck from Cooper Chevrolet.Our salesman Wayne Thomas was helpful, but never was he pushy. I feel they came me a good price on my trade in. The price on my new truck was very fair. I met the owner who very appreciative of our business. It was one of the easiest car buying times I ever had.
