Excellent service, efficient and friendly. Easily made appointment online. Arrived and was greeted personally with all my autos information at their fingertips. Service was completed quickly and my service representative was in touch with me to approve any works and explain the tune up. I picked up my car in perfect condition with an excellent detail/wash.

From reception to service, everyone very helpful and accommodating. Simon has been my Service Advisor for more than a year now and not enough words to share on his exceptionalism. The one major problem was Porsche Roadside Assistance. Not the dealership fault at all. I had to call Roadside 4 times and they dispatched 4 tow trucks over an entire day, finally getting me towed after 9 hours because the tow companies showed up with the wrong equipment. Thankfully after that nightmare, Porsche of Newport Beach took care of me, got the car repaired and I am back to normal.
