Service experience
Unfortunately the service is not as great as it should be, being Porsche. My rep, Alex, is always very nice but the level of service that this dealership is delivering, is not at the level it should be. It's more on the "Toyota" level. I've had multiple issues and each time, there are no loaner cars available. This just should not be the case when you make an appointment. I was also not called for over 24 hours, to be notified of the issues and the timeline for completion. Not good. The dealership is dirty and very outdated. This is supposed to be Porsche..not Toyota
