Unfortunately our worst buying experience ever.

Unfortunately our worst buying experience ever. Too many other good dealerships out there to settle for being treated poorly by this one. Take a hard pass.

From the time I walked in the door to leaving with my new

From the time I walked in the door to leaving with my new 2026 Chevy traverse RS was the best customer service that I have experience in years! This was the second vehicle that I bought within two months due to my first vehicle was totaled out by an accident not my fault. So coming back to Thornton Chevrolet was not even a thought. It was just an experience again.. starting with Clyde who is my salesman on my first 2025 traverse and then two months later on my 2026 traverse was just one of the best individuals that I met. Then there was Courtney after going to finance one of the best finance people that I’ve met that looked out for me and not for the company was Kevin. Then there was Courtney, who walked me through all the apps and made the first OnStar call. All I can say is what an extra extraordinary team.!

Great service and communication.

Great service and communication. Maintenance work was actually done before estimated time. And was not hesitant on letting me know it's ok to come back if I'm still having issues or my problem was not resolved.

I'm extremely pleased with the way I was treated at John

I'm extremely pleased with the way I was treated at John Thornton Chevrolet, when I bought a used pickup truck in September, 2025. I purchased a used vehicle, 2023 F150, and the negotiations went rather smoothly. We were able to agree on a price that pleased us both... I felt I gave a fair offer, and they agreed they could make a reasonable profit. I think we were both pleased with the deal. The F150 was in great shape; they did a great job on preparing the vehicle for sale (tires, maintenance, detailing, etc.) Anthony McFarlin handled my deal; he was excellent...
