Had the worse ever experience with Palmetto Chevrolet service dept. today. Told it would take 31/2 hrs to replace an engine mount. And that they were short on staff. But 3 1/2 hrs for a mount is a ridiculous amount of time for the job. Spent over six hours at the shop. Was charged only 3 1/2 hrs. But “The matter of fact” was no one came to me until I asked what was taking so long and why my vehicle was on the lift for over an hour and no one was working on it. This was after being there five and a half hours. I’ve never been so frustrated and disappointed in the lack of professionalism and disrespect for a customer’s time.

Last year we stopped by here and had my oil changed, they did a great job then with a quick in and out. So this year while on vacation again, I needed an oil change and since they were so good to us last year, I drove up from Myrtle Beach and had my oil changed.
