Scott and Caleb were very good.

Scott and Caleb were very good. However, they lacked knowledge of the Lincoln I bought from them. It would have been nice to know the workings for the car. However, they sell Hondas and I take that into account. I thought Scott the finance man showed much patience as we were trying to unfreeze our accounts. He shopped around and got us a great finance rate. I felt Scott was telling us what he wanted us to know. We took 2 of the 3 packages he offered. We did cancel the following two days on these packages. I felt we were somewhat pushed into our monthly payments to take these packages. I am not saying that Scott was pushy. In fact when we cancelled these two packages he was very professional.

I experienced another professional transaction at Penske

I experienced another professional transaction at Penske Honda. As an informed consumer I asked for the numbers for purchasing my leased vehicle, the cost of a new CRV like the one I have been driving and the cost of a hybrid CRV. Once I was given this information I decided to lease a CRV Hybrid! Everyone was professional and in less than two hours I drove home in a new vehicle.
