Ryan Alexander was wonderful through the entire process.
Ryan Alexander was wonderful through the entire process. He is personable and was very responsive to all communications. He is the only reason we finalized our purchase. He’s a star employee at the dealership. Now, as for Sam Garcia, a manager of some sort. He was a complete a**hole once he thought the deal was falling apart. I’ve been in management all my life and he is the sorriest excuse for a manager I think I’ve ever seen. He obviously needs work on his people skills and customer service. I’m glad we were able to do the sale with Ryan and hope he made some money. That being said, I will not be back to that dealership for another purchase with managers like that representing your brand.

Where do I start?
Where do I start? The dealerships advertised price online isn't the actual price? They added $2,995.00 for a "carl black" package? When I asked about it my sales person informed me that it was indeed on the website in fine print at the bottom but he would discount it down to $1,490.00. I did find the fine print on the website, it said the package was only $1,195.00 and that it was optional. After speaking with the sales rep again he went to his manager and said that was a mistake that only the Yukon had the $3k add on and the Sierra was less, while on the phone with the sales rep I looked up the Yukon it was also listed at only $1,195.00 and optional. At this point the sales rep had no idea what to say, the manager refused to take off the optional "carl black" package. I have bought many cars over the years and I know money needs to be made, but to mislead customers and then not removing the fees that are stated as optional on your own website is not ok.
