WORST car buying experience ever!

WORST car buying experience ever! First and foremost, we discovered that the rear brakes did not work in the vehicle we purchased. Additionally, some "policies" they have, seem to be exclusive to this dealership, because it was the first time in the 30 years we've been buying vehicle, this happened. If we could have found another vehicle anywhere else, like the one we were buying, we would have walked away. No make that RUN away. Finally were promised by two different employees, Paul Stith and the sales manager, Patrick I believe, that never happened. I guess when the next closest dealership is 4 HOURS away and you're the only dealership in the state, you can treat people any way you like. We were VERY disappointed, to say the least! ****UPDATE**** Interesting that Ferrari would blame Toyota when it was last serviced AT Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta on 11.30.22

We do regret that Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell were so unhappy with their recent purchase. Our goal is to always provide both the best product and best service to every customer we come into contact with. . The vehicle was from our service loaner fleet and had been serviced by an OEM Toyota facility regularly for the duration of our ownership. I offered our apologies and was willing to pay for any needed repairs. Mrs. Mitchell also asked for an owner’s manual, which we have ordered. We are also happy to request the complete service history from the dealer that completed each and every needed service for their records. We do, as a company policy, require funds submitted as an actual “DRAFT” from a third party source to clear the bank before we release the vehicle. Drafts are NOT CERTIFIED FUNDS and can be declined. We reserve the right to be guaranteed payment before we deliver our vehicles. I am sorry that was a point of contention, but it was a policy that was made clear from the beginning. The Manual will be sent to the Mitchell's as well as our most sincere apologies for falling short of providing the best product and best service possible. Kindest Regards, Patrick Jolley

May we inquire if you have a copy of the repair order from the ASE certified shop in regards to the brake repair so that we can refund any expenses you incurred?

Paul Stith was wonderful!

The best words I can think of is that I had an awesome experience! Dan Buriss did an outstanding job for me. There is nothing more I can say —what an outstanding man !
