From the moment I rolled into the service drive, I was greeted like a long-lost warrior returning from battle. I literally heard trumpets sounding and I think someone threw glitter in the air. Gabe met me at my vehicle with a cold, sparkling bottle of Perrier and a sincere, ?You look like you?ve been through some xxxx.? I had, and he knew it. I told him I needed new brakes. He paused, eyes narrowing like a wise owl sensing destiny. He didn?t just get my brakes replaced, oh no, he escorted me down the Aisle of Eternal Solutions, while narrating the history of vehicular maintenance as if Morgan Freeman were whispering directly into my soul. But it didn?t stop there. After the repairs were done, he test drove the vehicle, washed it, and sang it a lullaby. Then he called his manager, Austin, who gave me a King t-shirt, a loyalty card, and a firm handshake that healed an old sports injury in my shoulder. I left the dealership with new brakes, a renewed sense of purpose, and a full casserole dish of lasagna for reasons I still don?t understand. Honestly, I?m not sure if this was exemplary customer service or some sort of religious awakening. 10/10. Would buy an ice cube here just for the experience.

Excellent Service
Tge seat heating module which was back ordered for my '23 Envision came in and was installed today. The service area was spotles, very impressive. Everyone was super nice to me and the job took very little time. I was given a ride home while the work was being done. They picked me up after a couple hours, when it was finished, very fast and courteous service. Mike Daniels was my advisor and made sure I was happy. Love dealing with King Cadillac Buick GMC and still loving my Buick Envision, especially my heated seats!

Superior Sales Experience
