Bill is the single best service manager we have ever experienced and we have owned Porsches, BMW’s, Jaguars and Audis. We would never take our cars to anyone else. The video inspection is a great feature and it found a key repair that needed to be executed. We also always receive a loaner. 5 star service!!

I have been taking my A3 there for several years & Bill
I have been taking my A3 there for several years & Bill has ALWAYS been professional & courteous. I recently acquired an e-tron EV that had a recall notice & needed servicing. Again, the service was great. I asked for the inside windshield to be cleaned & they went above & beyond & cleaned the inside. I asked for the car to be charged & when I picked it up, it was at 90%. They fixed the recall & communicated necessary future fixes. My experience with Bill & DCH Audi has been nothing but excellent- thanks Bill!!

My first time with them taking my Audi RS3 for a quick unscheduled service. I end up getting the extended Audi care with them, and in addition got one of the current recall taken care of that I’m not even aware of until I was informed by them. Great customer service, responsive, and up to par. I’ll be going to them for the next 40,000 miles and on. Great service!
