Austin and Chris tried to scam me today.

Austin and Chris tried to scam me today. I brought my 2020 F350 in on monday with a 10:00 a.m. appointment for a recall and an intermittent back up camera. Austin asked if I could leave it. I drove by your shop at 2:20 p.m. (4hours and 20 minutes later) and my truck hadn't moved. I went in to ask if they didn't know where I parked it. A female service advisor told me it had been assigned to a tech. An hour and a half later Austin called me to tell me my truck won't be ready that day. He finally confessed they hadn't started working on it yet. Tuesday he said the recall was done but they are awaiting approval for the back up camera repair. He said the extended warranty would pay approx. $350 for the repair with my deductible of $100. Austin said it would cost $1,300.00. He said that they always charge for a trim piece because the clips always break when removing it costing $400.00 extra. I contacted chris (Service manager in case you don't know) and he said that "it is what it is". I did some homework and found this trim piece online for $80.00 and the camera for $55.00. I paid the $155.35 for the diagnostic fee to get my truck out of your scam department. After bringing it home i took out the four 10mm bolts and the trim piece basically fell out being held by only one of the four clips. These clips were broken ahead of me removing the bolts. It was either when your shop performed a recall on the tailgate latch or when they were diagnosing the bad camera. You tried to charge me $1,300.00 FOR SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE COST ME A $100. DEDUCTIBLE. You tried to charge me for something you guys broke and only the clips needed replacing. Do I need to hire a lawyer?Joseph Chonka

Vehicle purchase, the dealership was great to work with and made the transition very easy. The dealership was patient as they worked through our purchasing process. Vehicles were delivered ahead of schedule.

Makinzie is very good to work with, very knowledgable.

Makinzie is very good to work with, very knowledgable. It took longer to get service for a battery install than usual but to be fair there was a new service rep that was still learning and probably should not have scheduled the service when he did. No problem, still a good dealership and I would recommend.

The service department is sub prime.

The service department is sub prime. They broke the oil pan on my bronco, denied me a loaner and said it was too much hassle to get me a rental. They gave me a ride home and said they would call when parts came in. I have no way to get to work or the store as I live miles from each. I also have no idea when I will get my car back. Did I mention that it snowed last night and this weeks Temps are in the 40s. I have been a loyal ford customer for years and have never been treated like this.

Show Low Ford provided a great buying experience.

Show Low Ford provided a great buying experience. They worked with us on our trade in and offered a fair deal for both parties. We?re extremely happy with our F250 Lariat to tow our 32 ft. RV. 1094 ft. lbs. of torque comes in handy. Great truck!
