When I walked into Perry Ford, I was just planning on test driving a mazda cx-5. With Angelo's help, I realized that the Hyundai Tucson was actually much closer to what I was looking for! Since I didn't have a car or insurance, I couldn't take the car home right away. Angelo not only offered me a ride home from the dealership where I had biked to, but since it was raining he also waited for me while I stopped at the grocery store! The next day, Angelo dropped the car off at my doorstep. After the 5 day trial period, I wasn't quite sure if I'd gotten the best deal, so John made me an offer I couldn't resist, dropping my APR and even throwing in maintenance for a year to help me feel really comfortable about buying this car. Angelo's super friendly nature and genuine attitude of helpfulness really made this experience stress-free and I truly felt like a winner with them! THANK YOU ANGELO!!!!

Okay But,
My experience it actually with the Mazda part of this dealership. I am actually leasing and all that went well. No games were played everything went smoothly. My only beef is that the seat material wore on the drivers seat and needed to be replaced. The replacement cover came in quickly, but they could not install it. It required a third party to do so. Because of this I had to pay the third party fee (180.00) for installation. I was given the wrong address for the installer. I had to call and get the correct one. It was close but kinda seedy location. The guy was nice, if a bit odd and the work was done well.

Excellent experience buying a Mazda 3
I just bought a brand new Mazda 3 from Perry and the experience was outstanding. Erica Smith at Perry was very helpful, professional, and non-pushy. She helped me get an excellent deal on my Mazda, and was very patient with me, and pointed out the pros and cons of cars I test drove in a very matter-of-fact way. Erica Smith at their Internet Sales is by far the best car salesperson I have ever been around. I fully recommend that you contact Erica should you consider buying a Ford or Mazda. She will make your experience pleasant, she is easy to work with, and she is non-pushy. I highly recommend her!

ASK FOR JOE MEDINA FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN CAR BUYING...On the 1st visit "just to look" M. R. was pushy and hard to understand so I left mad. On the 2nd visit to get an appraisal on my car I wanted to trade in- an 04 Ford Mustang we talked to a really great guy named Joe Medina. He is very laid back and extremely helpful and knows his cars. My son, Tim-the Miata boy and I recommend Specifically Joe Medina. We had my 2015 new Ford Fiesta ST Turbo shipped from another dealer exactly what I asked for Tuxedo (Sparkly Black). And within 3 days I had/have my car HUUURAH!! I got what I wanted for my old baby-my Mustang and it pays to get online and research the value of ur trade in before u get appraised. Also...the finance person, MS. Ochoa was excellent , and If u need car parts, let Jullian in the parts department hook u up.. My son plans on purchasing a new Miata when it comes out and has several Miata buddies of his that wish to do the same and they will be recommended to Joe so...with that being said I recommend Joe Medina as ur man!!
