I started using the Smith Infinity Service Department when I was driving a Nissan. My Nissan service rep changed from the Nissan to the Infinity dealership. And because of my service rep I now drive an Infinity. I have been impressed by the entire Smith Infinity dealership. They are low-keyed (compared to other dealerships) and professional. And the facility is always kept clean.

Outstanding service department
Outstanding service provided the service department as usual on our two Infinity's. Always recieve excellent customer satisfaction from Danny! Vehicles are always cleaned as well. Thanks again!

Great buying experience

Purchased New Car
I purchased my second vehicle from Smith Infiniti (QX 80 Limited) in May of 2019, because they really treated me well when I purchased my first vehicle (QX 56) in 2011. I kept my 2011. Presently, it has 312,527 miles and it's still kicking. It drives smoothly. Now, I have two wonderful Infiniti's.

Best Service Department
In 2011, I purchased the QX56. I love the service department. They've always been accommodating to me. I do a lot of driving. My vehicle now has more than 310,000 miles on it. One of my passengers made the comment that it rides as though it were new. I know that it's because the service department takes good care of it. I really trust them. Also, they never try to do service that's not needed. I'm proud to be a customer of Smith Infiniti of Huntsville.

Awesome customer service!
This would be our 3rd purchase from Smith Infinity and I have to say Roosevelt our salesman has been by far the best we have ever had. He made sure to find us the vehicle we was looking for and Justin has always welcomed us and made sure we were taken care of! Awesome easy purchase with Smith Infinity!
