Took my car in to have four new tires mounted and get the oil changed. Natasha Johnston suggested we check the alignment since we were mounting new tires. Sounded like a good idea to me. In the process of checking the alignment, the technician found a ball joint literally about to fall out. Natasha's diligence saved me from a potential disaster and early wear out of my tires. I love her cheerful and personable attitude. Will be back soon with my pickup.

Brought my Suburban in for a recall on the air bag system, Natasha wrote up my vehicle and got it taken care of quickly she was very pleasant to work with. Will be bringing my Suburban to Gwatney for future service for sure

On Wednesday night my car lost power. Thursday I called a Dealership that was closer to me, and they said they didn’t have any openings at all and basically hung up. I then called Gwatney to see what could be done. I had just gotten the car, and was very worried. I also started my second semester of school the next week, and couldn’t wait that long. I got in touch with Natasha, who was very friendly. She searched to see if there were any recalls or coverage for my car. She ended up getting me in a couple hours later, and my car was done before dark. She is the sweetest lady, and will make it happen! Thank you to her and all of the staff that’s there. Made this cold rainy day worth it!!

Me and my family setup a time to look at specific vehicle. Salesman told us he had the truck. Upon arriving, we were greeted by salesman only to tell us the truck we came to look at was not there and the price was 15000 more than advertised. Then proceeded to see if we were interested in a totally different color and style for more money. They did not offer a reason for why I was unable to see this truck. When i asked the sales manager for an explanation, he said I didnt tell him a specific truck. The truck is still listed at the supposed incorrect price and i have asked for correct price and just get told there website wont let them change it. Never received an updated price. Very poor customer service!

I love Gwatney Chevrolet. They are who I have gone to for MANY years for my repairs and car buying needs. When it comes to service I will only deal with one person. Natasha Johnston is amazing. She has always gone above and beyond for me and my family. I have actually stayed loyal to her through her moving dealerships. I am so happy she is back with this one.

Mrs. Natasha Johnston took great care in getting our Camaro in quickly and serviced. Very easy and efficient process. Dropped car off yesterday evening fixed and back in my possession before eleven AM the next day.
