Will never be back to Whitaker.

Will never be back to Whitaker. 7.59 interest rate with a 816 credit score I have no other loans, no mortgage. I should have noticed but, didn't. Will warn everyone about Whitaker. 2 possible sales lost already. New website in the making. I will now pay this loan off so Chevy credit will not make much. I will also explain this to Chevy credit. Thanks for strapping my savings account xxxxxxxx. Funny how you run credit and only get a credit score back with no explanation. Lies Lies Lies even your sales manager. Ask your sales manager where Kevin Whitaker bank is. I realize Kevin Whitaker got paid, Caleb got paid and I no longer matter

This is the fifth new car we purchased from Kevin

This is the fifth new car we purchased from Kevin Whitaker. The service department is great and brings us back, the sales person has always been honest, I believe they also want the sale to go well and as a result, it is usually a win/win situation buying a new vehicle from them

Our salesman, Steven Knatzka, was awesome. There was no pressure at all to buy and it felt like he truly cared about what we wanted. Carl Parrillo in finance was quick and efficient with the paperwork. Overall great experience.

For some reason I should have inspected the car but who

For some reason I should have inspected the car but who would buying a new car with zero miles. I was excited, car had 200 plus miles on it, there were some marks that showed up after I washed my car twice. They used corrective markers to hud it he marks. So disappointed because my first car experience was good. Then comes the service of changing a front and back bow tie. Another regret, you need to seek on how much before letting them work on your car. The one that got me the appointment said it will be under $200, it got done and they charged me $500. He said it was 3 hrs of work when from time I got there and it being changed was 1 hr and half. They broke my old emblem and tried to keep it until I requested for it. Honesty is zero for me. You need to check and verify whatever they do or get for your car. Disappointment is what I got.
