Lifetime Kia

Just completed another oil change service for my Mazda CX-5 AWD with 62K miles at Lifetime KIA. Yeah, you don’t have to own or drive a KIA to get your car serviced at Lifetime. I bought my Mazda in Asheville, obviously a bit far to go just for a regular oil change. What helps me a lot is the mechanics check of my other systems while my CX gets fresh oil & filter. I monitor my tires and brake pads and know that in another 5000 miles, maybe sooner it’s time for fresh brake pads and a cleanup of the rotors for the next 65K miles. So, now I’m armed with the latest data I can start to plan on when I’ll get the brakes refreshed. One more thing, the customer waiting room always has hit fresh coffee or hot water for tea. Free Wi-Fi to keep you linked up with the outside world. What could be better. Nice job guys! See you in the not too distant future. Jack in Murphy, NC

Very easy to make online appt. Bob Grosfield the service consultant kept me informed of the progress (oil change and tire rotation/balance) and advised of future service needs (tires, brakes). The car was washed and vac. All done within an hour. I highly recommend their service dept staff-friendly and helpful. Will continue to have my Seltos serviced in Murphy!

Lifetime KIA absolutely exceeds any and all expectations with their dedication in providing unsurpassed customer service. Their exceptionally friendly, efficient, and professional car sales and service is beyond impressive. I bought my first brand new car in 1970 (!!) and have never experienced as wonderful a car dealership as Lifetime KIA in Murphy ANYWHERE. (Not in Chicago, or NYC, or LA, or Maine, or Florida!) I’ve been servicing my 2022 Kia SELTOS there and love love LOVE their service department! It’s fast, efficient, COMFORTABLE, and the entire service staff could not possibly be more pleasant. Today I had an amazingly wonderful experience trading in my beloved SELTOS with a brand new member of their sales team. Zeke could not possibly have been more helpful or polite or accommodating. The entire buying experience was the most delightful I’ve ever had in 55 years of purchasing new cars! So now I am as in love with the Lifetime KIA SALES DEPARTMENT as I am with their SERVICE DEPARTMENT 🩷 In this crazy mixed up world it’s so very heartwarming to do business with such honest, kind, and lovely people! Great place to buy a car. Service department always helpful too. Since buying first time there several years ago have not considered looking anywhere else for an auto. Good people work there.

My check engine light came on. I took the car to Lifetime Kia and they immediately diagnosed the problem. They had to order a part ànd will fix it as soon as it comes in. I have taken my car there several times and I'm very happy with their service.

We were only there for an oil change and tire rotation. We walked the lot as we waited and a few people greeted us and offered to help, without being pushy at all. Jeff Cagle, the service man who helped us, told us he was not going to do a rotation and charge us for it because we really needed new tires. He priced a couple of sets and encouraged us to get tires soon, but did not push.

We bought a 2021 Kia Niro today from Josh at lifetime Kia in Murphy, NC. Josh was an absolute gentleman at all times during our multiple day sale. He just presented what we asked to see and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. No pressure, no hassle, just a pleasant experience. This is the first time I have ever been there so I can't comment on service dept ECT... But so far so good 👍. At this point I have to say that I would recommend this dealership. I used to sell new cars and have worked for some dealers that were real jerks! This is not one of them. Good work guys.
