We're extremely satisfied with our experience. Todd Farris was very professional and friendly. He was helpful and informative. It did take all day for the paperwork. They offered snacks and drinks. Very pleasant.

Rip off, as soon as I got the vehicle had regrets!

Rip off, as soon as I got the vehicle had regrets! They talk a good game and provide an unsatisfactory product. I will not be returning to this dealership.

It was a good experience I came the same day I had a new

It was a good experience I came the same day I had a new Chevrolet I was able to get Help with no issues at all.

Purchased a Truck April 30th .

Purchased a Truck April 30th . By June 7 having car issues , brought it to be diagnosed and they claimed nothing was wrong . Purchased at 57,000 miles brought to trade in or sell after they reached out to me at 65’000 miles . Now all of a sudden they drive and “assume it’s a transmission issue” and can’t help me at all . These people are crooked and will do anything for a sell . Once you purchase they say to help with you . Military/ Veterans BEWARE !!

Monte WIlliams is a customer centered customer service

Monte WIlliams is a customer centered customer service provider. He is extremely knowledgeable and always put me, the customer, first while protecting the rights of his employer during recent repair work to repair damage from a pot hole. The mechanic was also very knowledgeable and was able to identify and repair the issue, despite it being a complex issue. Monte and the mechanic are a true credit to Reed-Lallier Chevrolet. I also purchased this car from Reed Lallier Chevrolet, and that was a wonderful experience also. I highly recommend Reed Lallier for your Chevy purchasing and repair needs.

My experience with the car salesman was good.

My experience with the car salesman was good. But very unhappy with this dealership. After buying this car there were plenty of issues that came along with it. A leak in the headliner that I thought was a stain was present a week after I bought it. After getting the stain cleaned the leak reoccurred multiple times in the last month. Also shortly after buying the truck the engine began to misfire. I was told since I did not have a warranty they could not help me out. Seeing that it was recent I bought this truck that tells me these issues were present and hidden when I bought the vehicle. After trading them a car with no issues I expected to be getting a vehicle in the same condition but that was not the case. I will not be purchasing a vehicle from this dealership again and advise anybody doing so to think twice about it.

Great dealership with lots of inventory.

I was very pleased with the salesman that was assigned to

I was very pleased with the salesman that was assigned to me - Ronald McCall. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. He also made sure I was able to get out of there in a timely manner to return to work. This is Vehicle #8 for our family and so far, have not had any issues with any one at this dealership.
