Amazing service when I went for the first time. They offer a free hand wash with every campaign but you can decline it if you wish.

Racist management poor pay for a master master
Racist management poor pay for a master master technician. Flat rate system that works out better for the manufacturer. Waiting months for parts to come in standing around with out any work.Need to provide thousands of dollars worth of tools to work on vehicles. Management just abuses the worker treat you like trash for a service that works out better for them then you. The alignment rack was not working due to not being able to connect to the internet causing the worker to not being able to complete the task. Supervisors and management don’t care to help you with technical problems. Then write you up for anything and if you damage any vehicle they will make you pay for damages.The worst experience I ever had working for a dealership.

The salespeople, Tina and MK, were very helpful and professional. The selection of autos to choose from was good and although lengthy, the closing process went smoothly. Brandon was very helpful, explaining to us all the technical and accessories of the car. We already need another lesson! Overall, purchasing our new Mercedes-Benz automobile was a very good experience!
