Let the buyer beware.

Let the buyer beware. I purchased a new 23 Tucson in 22. A year later, thanks to another dealer I find they made their own invoice to the price of $38000 in lieu of $30270 which should have been displayed. In addition, the wheels were not as listed. Sorry Gray Epperson Will not return.

I recently traded in my current vehicle for a preowned

I recently traded in my current vehicle for a preowned Kia Sorento they had on their lot. The entire experience was a pleasure, they were more than generous with giving me a good price on my trade and made the whole experience very easy and a pleasure unlike some other car lots that you have to deal with. I worked with Andy Kisor and Patrick Dodd and they both were very nice and professional and explained everything to me and made sure that I was happy with everything and I had even mentioned to them that it smelled like the car had a dog in it before and they made sure to mention to detail to try and get the smell out. These guys went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone. They have both checked with me after the sale to make sure that I loved the car and was happy with it.

Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever! Was told when we scheduled the appointment for the oil change that we wanted any recalls fixed as well and they told us okay however when we got there they said they had to order a part after having the appointment scheduled for over 2 weeks! You couldn't watch your vehicle being serviced like most nice dealerships have the window. The service lobby was dirty and the couches were peeling. No Wi-Fi. There are no cars in the "showroom." Since we had to wait an hour we decided to look around at some of the used inventory... On the online inventory they claim that they have a Corvette, Aston Martin, etc. However when we asked the sales guy he said they don't have anything like that! So they lied about their inventory. We were quoted a certain price on the phone however when we went to pay the price increased. The printer wasn't working to print a proper receipt which is irritating since my car is under warranty and I wanted to prove that they had addressed the recalls. The coolant looks low but was not addressed and they didn't bother to wipe the oil off my engine. Any dealership I've taken cars to and spent money to have an oil change at the dealership has always washed and vacuumed my vehicle however not at this dump! This place is a sham!

I wrote a review of this sales person, I think back in August of 2022. We bought a Limited Venue 2022. Nice car. Sale person was nice and helpful . After rethinking the price on the car @ $26,000 , I looked at others cars like mine and they sold for $24,000 plus. So I feel they made at least another $1,500 by up selling , or taking advance of us.We have bought 4 cars from this place. Next time, I may go some other place to buy a car.Enough said.

Dealership still charging $5,000 to $10,000 in dealer

Dealership still charging $5,000 to $10,000 in dealer mark up fees even after corporate sent email to all dealers in February to stop this. Make sure to check around, there are plenty of dealers not violating this rule (ex long hyundai of chattanooga)

Very professional and knowledgeable.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Salesman (adam) was great. Highly recommended. Went from walking in ton ook at cars to buying a car I'm very happy with. Felt no oressure. Salesman explained trim levels amd features of each and availability of each and each color. Once I decided on car the financing part was easy and quick. The whole process seemed fast and easy thanks to Adam and Billy the manager there.

I gave Rick McCarthy five stars because he has been my go-to sales guy through three different automobiles purchased, in the last several years. Rick has been a no non-sense, get to the facts and numbers, quick and easy as one, two, three, which I dig. I walked in the dealership on one occasion to purchase a Mazda, after doing my research online, and the whole process took about 45 minutes. I was on my lunch break. Gary in finance was great too. Did not try and push any extra fees or warranties on me. Overall, best place to buy a vehicle in the area.
