Everyone to include sales finance and maintenance staff was very friendly and accommodating when I purchased my new Bronco. Our sales person MJ was extremely helpful in getting the deal we wanted. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Wouldn't budge at all -- not one penny-- on the price of
Wouldn't budge at all -- not one penny-- on the price of a used truck. The engine had just blown on my wife's car so we were in quite a pickle to get something fast. Wouldn't even fix the broken tail light, saying they'll only fix safety-related items (which a tail light IS a safety item). Got into the finance guy's office; he was nice and friendly until we didn't want the warranty and then he became really surly and VERY aggressive questioning why we didn't it and wouldn't take no for an answer. He finally gave it to us "for free". Then to get a couple minor things fixed they want me to leave the truck all day -- things that would take them 15 minutes. I have a mechanic friend who used to work in used cars at Chalmers Ford and he said they're terrible about agreeing to fix anything. I'm not one to argue, so we just sat through the necessary process and bit our tongues and let our words warn others after the fact. We won't go back.

Since I left my F250 King Ranch at Chalmers Ford, I have received 4 or 5 calls from Nick Briggs. I presented a problem which, seemingly, sounds ‘crazy’. The dealership from which I purchased it could not accurately fix the problem, they could not replicate the symptoms. Nick listened to me, reproduced the symptoms, and called to confirm hus progress!
