Ferguson had dropped the price on the truck before we got there so we didn’t have to argue over the price. Mike Bishop was our salesman and he had the paperwork done quickly and took us to finance. I like that Ferguson still has the salesmen use a computer with keyboard instead of IPAD which takes a lot longer. The finance guy was great and answered our questions and did the paperwork in a prompt manner. The thing I hate about buying a car is when the salesman goes back and forth with the manager over price. We didn’t have that but we were okay with the price. Buying a vehicle takes time and I feel like it was done as quickly as it could have been done. We are very happy with Ferguson!

It’s been 12 years since I bought a car so I was a little anxious going into the process but JD Dunn made the experience so simple! He was on my side to help me get the best deal and didn’t mind walking me through all the details. I was also impressed with how knowledgeable he was with the technology and getting my phone linked to my new car. He was incredibly helpful and I will send everyone his way. Gage also made financing way smoother than I imagined. All around great experience. I left the dealership extremely happy!

Sam Rigsby was great to work with. We had done the majority of work prior to picking up. The purchase price and trade-in value was determined prior to us showing up at the dealership. I was disappointed in the time it took to finalize the deal and get back to finance. One of the cars had been loaned out and had remnants of dog hair. Disappointing when we were told it would be set aside with a "sold" sign and not used as a loaner for someone else until we were able to get to Ferguson to close the deal.

This is our second purchase at Ferguson. The team from Sean, the sales guy to Gary the GM are all great. Highly recommend and we will be back!
