Had a great one. Explained the problems and the fact that I needed it back at a certain time and Elias went out of his way to make sure that happened.

Oil Change Visit

When I came into your service department, the drive was empty and no service people were in there offices, a girl at the last office, was sitting there and had a blank look on her face, I said I was here to drop off my car for an oil change, and she said, huh, I had to tell her again that I was there for an oil change, and she still looked blank faced. I asked her if I needed to sign anything like I have done in the past and she said I only need your number. I was just taken back by that comment since before I have had some one walk around the car, etc. The only positive thing is that they had my car done quicker than what I thought. This situation will not hold be back from coming back to your service center. I have always had good service, maybe it was just the day I chose to come.

Comfort, performance

I contacted the Leasing Department, spoke with Carlos Lozano and told him what I needed. He immediately sent me information I requested. He found a car in inventory that he thought I might like. I did! I test drove it and he made the deal work with the payments I needed. He was respectful, professional and prompt.

Excellent service and warranty experience

A huge special thanks to Lori and Elias in the service department. Our truck broke down and both individuals took exemplary care and attention to my family reducing the stress considerably. The dealership provided excellent priority and service as they understood we were traveling through town. Thank you all very much for the experience.
