Absolutely the best dealership we have ever dealt with.

Absolutely the best dealership we have ever dealt with. We drove 3 hours to get our vehicle and we will definitely go back! Everyone was amazing and made us feel like we were part of the family and not just a number! Gilberto Sanchez did an amazing job and so did German Ramirez. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Clement Etta helped us purchase a used Jeep.

Clement Etta helped us purchase a used Jeep. Knowledge was strong and he was very professional. Jeep was priced right online and I would have given them 5 stars if the online price was the total price. We were able to meet somewhere north of the middle. Car buying experience was above average and online price being the total price out the door would have rated 5 stars.

Bought a used 2500, price we agreed on was $48k.

Bought a used 2500, price we agreed on was $48k. Once I got all the papers in, I realized they jacked the starting price up to $55k, before adding all the other crap to it. These people are liars and scam artists. Also I was told on the phone by the salesmen Steven I would get free oil changes for life, after it’s all said and done, I paid $4200 for 3 oil changes. Probably the worst car dealership in the metro. Stay away!

Sales performance was strong; however, Service Manager

Sales performance was strong; however, Service Manager Scott exhibited unprofessional conduct. His repeated attribution of vehicle issues to customer error, despite recurring problems with a 2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer (12k miles), is unacceptable. His disregard for customer safety, evidenced by releasing a vehicle with known safety defects that nearly resulted in accidents, is deeply concerning. His threat to involve law enforcement over a loaner vehicle return, while simultaneously dismissing safety concerns, is egregious. Recorded evidence supports these claims. Furthermore, his reprimand regarding employee interactions is disproportionate to the severity of the safety risks he allowed. The potential for rear-seat unlatching, posing a significant child safety hazard, highlights Fowler Dodge's failure to ensure vehicle safety before release, a matter of serious concern.

Fowler Dodge 55 W.

Fowler Dodge 55 W. I 240 Service Rd OKC, OK 73139 09-26/24 -10/07/24 - 10/14/24 William Meyer, Service Advisor RO 56333886/2 Re: 2015 Dodge Challenger RT 5.7 Hemi 8 speed auto trans VIN# 2C3CDZBT2FH839394 Mileage: ***41014*** ⦁ We had scheduled our car on 09/26/24 prior to taking the car in for an inspection 10/07/24 at 9;00 AM, for three reasons. ⦁ #1 Transmission does not shift correctly when warm, driving normal speeds and while in town. ⦁ #2 The valve lifters tick loudly when cold starting, has for several months. ⦁ #3 The lower end of the engine has a rod knock when started cold. ⦁ I called William Meyer 10 /10/24 and he had stated that it should be checked out Friday 10/11/24. I reminded him that we had scheduled it a week prior to bringing it in so that we could avoid this delay. He went on to inform me that the clock starts ticking when dropped of, NOT according to any schedule. We picked the car up 10/14/24 at 4:00 PM. The car had not been looked at by anyone. I was not asked why I was picking it up without it being looked at. I did ask the young lady in service to pass along my extreme displeasure with the lack of service that required NO MORE than 15 minutes "total time" for a real technician to diagnose the mentioned problems. ⦁ l get the car home and we hear a rattle on the front passenger side top of engine and when shut down one of the plastic radiator fans is rubbing on its frame just before it completely stops. ⦁ If that's not enough it also NOW when fist started, the top passenger side of the engine has what sounds to be a loud spark detonation loud enough to be heard from inside of the car. ⦁ Stand over the engine outside and you wonder if that part of the engine is going to explode. I have been a mechanic all of my adult life and I know engines. This engine has serious problems at no more than " 41014 " miles??? ⦁ The service department at Fowler Dodge South OKC is FAR from being a customer oriented business. If I could give zero stars that would be more proper than one. M.C. Gulliver Sr.

The wife and I purchased a new 2024 Chrysler Pacifica

The wife and I purchased a new 2024 Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle. Sigi Valdez, our salesperson, walked us thru all the bells and whistles we inquired about and threw in a few more that we weren't even aware of. Sigi and the Fowler team made it a most enjoyable experience.
