Spent $5k for transmission work and the only person that

Spent $5k for transmission work and the only person that said thank you was the porter that delivered my vehicle with muddy boots. The car was in the dealer’s possession for three weeks and it was returned dirtier than when I dropped it off. The sun shade was also not repaired but was on the bill. Very disappointing experience.

Only issue I have is my email said that the Bob Howard

Only issue I have is my email said that the Bob Howard dealer has a shuttle service! However the person I spoke to on the phone said there was no shuttle service. I waited 2 hours for my vehicle! So my question is, Is there a shuttle service or not????

DEF system put me in limp mode.

DEF system put me in limp mode....service needed, what should have been a simple code erase turned into a 200 diagnostic fee, no problem found. They couldnt get a service job out of me so they took 200 bucks for what should have been warranty

Excellent service, friendly and fast. I would highly recommend this dealership for buying and maintenance. My service to my SUV was done faster than promised and they kept we me updated

I went in on Saturday to Bob Howard with a very specific need in mind with a much lesser vehicle in mind. Taylor was my salesperson and Payton was the GM. Both individuals worked diligently to help ensure that I was able to meet my specific needs with a much nicer truck than I had in mind. They were both very patient in assisting me with my new purchase. Needless to say I was and am very happy with my purchase and would very much do it again.
