Salesman was great. Finance department was a nightmare. Finance person provided incorrect information on several items and needed more training. Be prepared to put gas in the car right after you leave the dealership.

The service center at Bob Howard is the best anywhere it is very clean the people there are very prompt and knowledgeable and professional they keep you up on what’s going on and the mechanics are the best very fast on getting you in and out. The dealership is fantastic as well I have bought my last vehicles from them and I will buy my next one from them

Needed to schedule a service visit for a recall related to a software update. Was supposed to take an hour, but I was in and out in just over 30 minutes. Friendly staff and comfortable waiting room.
