Had oil change done .

Had oil change done . Went home after 1 hour drive notice oil was 17 % I called service department was told they would have someone contact me as I'm writing no one has called. They ether did not do the oil change or did not reset the car. Not happy

Drove in from Tulsa to buy as they were the only ones in the surrounding 4 states that had what I wanted. Easy to deal with. In and out in no time.

Hunter was very kind and patient, and kept me informed

Hunter was very kind and patient, and kept me informed during the repair process on my car. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my car's ac went back out 2 days after I got it back... I had to take it back to the dealership due to it not getting fixed the first time. Luckily, I was covered under warranty for all repairs, but it was upsetting to have to go without a car longer and lose money paying for gas and others fees while getting a rental car. Hopefully, the car is repaired for good this time. Everyone was very informative and kind though!

The service department is great when you first bring your

The service department is great when you first bring your truck in but they are horrible about following up when your truck is ready. Every time I have to call in and get a status. They would save a lot of phone calls if they would just follow up.

Bob Howard is THE MAN!

Bob Howard is THE MAN!! My wife and I visited Bob Howard Chevrolet ( Oklahoma City ) on August 7th of this year to purchase a car. We already knew what we wanted and they made it happen. We had challenged credit due to the struggles of life, but they still made it happen! With monthly payments that we could easily afford!! We purchased a 2018 Cadillac XT-5 with low miles and we could not be more happy with our purchase!!! The sales department was very friendly and helpful, as well as the finance department.
