Only complaints I have is the pre inspection wasnt done prior to car being listed on the website and the car did not get detailed inside like I asked and there was spilt drink on dash and on the console still when car was delivered to us. Andy was great!

Pleasant drive to get to Okarche. Even more pleasant to drive home knowing that we received the most incredible customer service & deal to purchase our new Jeep! It only took me a minute online to find the Jeep that seemed to have everything on our wish list. An online chat with Jesse Love confirmed it was still available. When we shook hands with Jesse, we knew right away that friendliness was indeed a priority, and we were put at ease. Jesse answered every question we had, including comparing other similar cars that were on the lot. The test drive was heavenly. The rest of the purchase went more smoothly than any other car purchase we have ever made. They should have part of their commercial a slogan, "Guaranteed No Headache!"

Matt was very nice and helpful. He had talked with my husband beforehand and knew fast we were looking for. He had the car ready for a test drive when we arrived. There was no pushiness or pressure to buy something we didn't want. They gave us a fair price on a trade in and the finance department helped get us a great interest rate. Also, we got some free chicken!! I wont go anywhere else to buy a var!!

I’ve never ever purchased a car so quickly. Great sales person. Honest and no pressure. I’d urge anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to drop by or give em a call. Took me longer to drive there than to get the deal done. Seriously people this dealership is the real deal.

These guys are awesome! "Neo" went above and beyond on a cheap used car for my son's GF. I wasn't treated any differently than if I was buying an $80,000 Yukon. The whole staff was laid back, down to earth and friendly. No pressure at all, they just want you to get what you need and are there to help. Couldn't ask for better service from a car dealership. I will definitely be back!

This is my second time to buy a car from Carter’s and I really like this dealership. I did not feel any pressure from them and everyone in the office was very nice and easy to talk with! I would recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase another vehicle.

My experience was very good. Cory did a very good job. The follow up on window tinting was great . Carter Chevrolet made the experience much better then other dealers. No high pressure sales.
