We had a great experience at this dealership, our

We had a great experience at this dealership, our salesman Kevin Hamker was great. We went with the intent to possibly buy another used ford which we drove a couple of them, but was not sold on what we drove. Kevin was very patient with us when we told him what we wanted to spend and the amount of the payment we wanted to be at. We decided to drive a Jeep Compass and we liked it, but decided to think about it over the weekend. What we like is that Kevin was not pushy (which we don’t like) when we told him we would call him Monday and let him know if we decided to buy the vehicle or not and he was fine with that. We did end up buying the vehicle and we are very happy with it. We would recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

I went to this dealership knowing what I wanted,

I went to this dealership knowing what I wanted, explained it to my salesman and shortly after they found the truck I wanted at a different dealership and got it for me. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. What I appreciate the most is the no pressure salesman, I have walked out of many dealerships as they tried to talk me into something I didn't want. I highly recommend them,and appreciate their honesty.

I drove to dealership, didn't look at anything on the

I drove to dealership, didn't look at anything on the lot. Salesperson [Nathan States] met me at the door. I knew what I wanted and told him. They didn't have the F 150 with the equipment I requested. They didn't try to sell me another truck. Nathan searched and located what I ask for some distance away at another dealership. Robert came by and we agreed on price. A couple days later Nathan called and said I could come by and pick up my new F 150. I was very well pleased with the experience.

Am extremely happy with this sale experience. Found the vehicle online, called & spoke with my salesman Chris. He brought the vehicle to us for us check it out. Got pre-approved for financing through their online website. Went in & discussed the terms & Chris worked magic getting things exactly the way I would have wanted them. I could not have gotten any better service from anyone, anywhere. Would highly recommend that if you are in need of transportation, you need to contact Chris & let him work with you to get you in that new or used vehicle. Everyone there is courteous & attentive. You will be glad you went to Rusty Wallace Ford. This is my 4th purchase from them! Five stars!!!!

I went in with no intention on purchasing that day. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Jacob was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and when he wasn’t sure about a question he was honest and said he would find out. I would definitely recommend this bunch again and again. This is the 3rd new vehicle we have purchased from Rusty

This is the 3rd new vehicle we have purchased from Rusty Wallace Ford. This time we purchased a 2025 Explorer and Aaron Miller was our sales person. Aaron worked to get us a fair deal and overall it was a fast and easy process. I would recommend Rusty Wallace Ford and when you go, ask for Aaron!

I was looking for a new truck and decided to take a test

I was looking for a new truck and decided to take a test drive and landed at Rusty Wallace Ford in Dandridge. Isaiah Sawyer was my sales rep and really did a great job with all of my questions and requests. While they did not have exactly what I was looking for on the lot that day, they had one delivered the next day! Having owned a new F150 (2006), I knew that Ford would at least meet my needs. I purchased a Ranger XLT this time and I can say it is not the Ranger from back in the day. This has exceeded my expectations over and over again! I’ve owned it for a little over a month and am incredibly pleased with this purchase! Isaiah Sawyer was knowledgeable, helpful, laid back, and trustworthy. We've been a “Ford family” for a long while and we will continue to enjoy our daily routine in the comfort and safety of a Ford. Thanks again for a fantastic experience!
