United Nissan Las Vegas

Thank you for everything . Brian called to tell me how is my car and always told me that he will call me when ready to pick up.

Please just disregard all reviews I have writen here about United Nissan. Shortly after I submitted it United contacted me and offered to finally take my new Nissan Sentra into their dealership to address my problem's I have with it, and the service department. It's about time! I do believe however that if it wasn't for this Dealer Review service I found on my own, and used it, they would not of responded to me. That is at this time the only complaint I have about United Nissan. We'll see how they follow thru when I get my car into them as they directed me to do. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for this Review service, and the very quick response it got from United Nissan. I would however like to leave my rating above the same "Very Bad" in all the categories I have marked, because they should of responded to my problems without my submitting a negative review before they done something. I hope this helps someone else if they've had the same problem with United Nissan. Thank you!

Brian was very professional when i arrived at the dealership to service my vehicle. The work was complete promptly and I was on my way. I also was approached by Homero who I had previously brought my vehicle and he was also curtious and wanted to make sure how was my vehicle running. Both Homero and Brian appeared to be honestly concerned about my vehicle and making sure everything was ok.

We ahve found United Nissan to be a positive experience from buying the car to the service they provide. Friendly, good to work with and it seems they care about us, the customer.

I had to have my transmission replaced while driving from California back to Salt Lake City. The dealership took care of me in a very timely manner and they did a great job at setting expectations and following through. Chris was friendly, thorough and professional. Probably the best customer service experience I've had a a dealership. Give Chris a promotion and raise! Thanks guys, you made a frustrating problem with my vehicle relatively easy and smooth.

This is my third new car from this Dealership. Excellent customer service, shopping for a new vehile experience, excellent maintenance and repair service for my vehicle and my husband's. My husband has a 2001 Pathfinder and it is stil in great working condition becuase it is always serviced at this Nissan. I wouldn't go to any other Nissan to make a purchse, maintain or repair my vehicles. The staff here are the most professional, curteous, helpful and knowldgable I have ever met at any establishment. I am treated like family here. This last purchase was truly exceptional. I had one of the best sales representives I have ever met. He truly listened to my financial situation and to my needs and allowed me and my husband time to make our own decision and gave us all the necessary information to make an appropriate decission. I picked a car that not only meets my needs but is within my budget. I am 100 % stasified with my new Sentra SR. Love it. Thank you!

The gentleman who helped me was named Shant. He helped me out with my flat tire and verifying it was still under warranty. Even assisted me with a rental car. I definitely enjoyed the superb service delivered by this employee.
