Better than expected

I was greeted promptly, helped almost immediately and the people were friendly. This is important because since I had purchased my Escape at a different Ford dealer, I thought I might get 2 nd rate service. But my visit was top notch! I will definitely be back.

Team Ford Service Dept

This is the second survey I have completed on the same visit! The visit has mixed reviews... The operator who set up my appointment as well as the rude condescending man that works as a greeter around 630 am, they both FAIL The young man that works in the quick lane for oil changes does a great job and understands customer service. Maybe he should be given more responsibility and promoted to a position in "service". Honestly for the past year or so I have seen a steady decline in the quality of "service " in the Team Fords Service Dept.

Great Job Richard in Service Department

What I liked about the experience is that Richard who was handling the issues with my car took the time to actually wanting to find what was causing the stuttering in my vehicle. Nobody else took the time to want to check that out even though I would complain each time I come in for a oil change or something... Thank you to Richard for taking the time on figuring out what was going on with my car!
