All of the people were extremely nice and helpful, the dealership was immaculate and our Salesman Bill Jenkins was prepared and ready for us and he is the BOMB!!

They were understanding that I lived out of town and tried to get my oil changed as quick as possible. The shuttle took me to run an errand real quick around the corner and when we came back my truck was finished and ready to go.

I've bought three cars now at TEAM FORD! This is a fantastic dealership. In my opinion, Ford is an outstanding quality product, and the sales personnel are honest, and have integrity. I've enjoyed doing business at TEAM FORD every time I bought a car. The buying process was easy, and my wife and I left with a great deal on our new Explorer. I have bought my last few vehicles from Team Ford. I always go to my original salesman, Jose Arbulu. He listens to what I am looking for, finds it, shows it to me, gives me a great deal and gets me in and out fast. Team Ford and Jose are the best!

Edgar did a super job in understanding my vehicle needs, checking me in and making arrangements for a loaner vehicle while my warranty work was being completed. The vehicle loaner department was fast and efficient. I was in and out of the dealership very quickly. Received a call from Edgar that my vehicle was ready same day. Picked up a clean vehicle serviced and repaired vehicle. One warranty item required a special order which was fully explained to me by Edgar.
