Tried twice as a dealership walk on, wouldn't even commit

Tried twice as a dealership walk on, wouldn't even commit or give an answer when asked for a custom order from Ford for a bronco, asked if they would commit to MSRP without a mark up as other dealerships have done. Salesmen there have more of a VIP attitude, will not be going back. Shame as its close to our home. First time supposedly the salesman checked with management on custom orders but wouldn't commit to MSRP, just kept mentioning a market value adjustment. Good that I found other local Ford dealerships that did commit right away to MSRP on custom orders.

Making an appointment for service was quick, hassle free, and easy. I was able to get a same day appointment and was in and out within the agreed upon time. The individuals who I came in contact with gave exceptional service. I will continue to service my car here.

I've been going to this place for service for around 15 years. The service staff has generally been professional, respectful and knowledgeable which are key components to why I've continued to return. Also, the pricing has been competitive.

They did a great job servicing my 2014 Ford Raptor.

They did a great job servicing my 2014 Ford Raptor. 102,000 miles and it still runs like new! Rachel and her staff took great care of me! Thank you!
