Most people dread going to a car dealership to buy a car. I had a no-hassle experience, was well educated about the vehicles technology features and David Palmer was very friendly and helpful.

This is the second Cadillac I have purchased from Champion both from David Palmer. I can say without question that working with David is always a pleasure. I was considering several vehicles and as usual David helped me through the process to the vehicle that best suited my needs (at the right price). I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle in the Tri-Cities area and beyond to buy from Champion and David.

I dealt with David Palmer from the start of looking for the vehicle I was interested in. He did not try to steer me away from the particular vehicle I was interested in, unlike other dealerships I have dealt with. David worked very hard and and fast to get me into the vehicle wanted. I did drive off with the vehicle I wanted. I would recommend anyone to Champion.

I drove 3 and 1/2 hours from NC to TN to buy from Champion Chevrolet. My wife called to ask about a new Silverado and was lucky enough to have Lloyd Fleenor answer the call. What a top notch salesman he turned out to be. Lloyd was very informative and so fast to respond to all of our questions and needs. He could have just figured a phone call from someone so far away was a waste of his time and blew us off but it was the exact opposite. After a couple of conversations, we didn't care at all about the distance to the dealership. We WANTED to buy from Lloyd and Champion. When we arrived, we were on a tight schedule to get back home. The truck was sitting out front all ready for us to take home. We took it for a test drive, came back and were ready to sign the paperwork. Before we went to finance, we met one of the owners, Andy Dietrich, who was very nice and thanked us for our business. Then, we met Lynn Lloyd in Finance who finished up our paperwork. Lynn is a very friendly and professional guy who made what is usually one of the most painful parts of the car buying experience a piece of cake. I had an opportunity to meet one of the parts managers for a set of tie-downs that I wanted and then onto the cashier to pay. Everyone at this dealership is so nice. I have purchased at least 8 brand new vehicles over the years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Next time I am in the market, there is no question I will make the drive again to Champion Chevrolet. Thanks guys.

Bought my second Silverado from Jay and couldn't be more pleased with my truck and the sales staff.Jay does a great job of not pressuring you to buy and I appreciate that.

I dealt with David Palmer on line for about one week before we were able to narrow down my selection to one vehicle - a 2006 Chevrolet Impala. He answered all my questions on line as soon as possible and once I selected the vehicle, he quoted me a fair price. When I decided to trade in my Monte Carlo rather than keep it he didn't fudge any numbers and gave me the price he had quoted plus a fair trade in price on the Monte Carlo. Lynn Lloyd was also a pleasure to deal with as he handled all of the business and financial paperwork in a very professional, efficient and timely manner with absolutely no pressure to purchase any products the dealership offers. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours which included a test drive, evaluation of the Monte Carlo, and all paperwork completed. It was a pleasure to deal with this dealership. I should also point out that the very next day there was a thermostat problem with the Impala which did not affect it's driveability. I stopped by their excellent service department and they took care of it immediately by replacing the thermostat at no cost and I was on my way within an hour.

Champion went above and beyond to put me in the Silverado I wanted. When I buy another Chevrolet I will go back to Champion. David was very friendly and professional. This dealership cannot be beat when it comes to price and friendliness. I would highly recommend to anyone.
