I had a terrible experience with Northcutt Body Shop. The first time I picked up my car, the work was incomplete — there were holes in the bondo, primer still showing, and the headlights hadn’t been adjusted (I couldn’t see at night at all). The front bumper cover was glued to the headlights just to hold it in place, the body gaps didn’t line up, the door grommets weren’t reinstalled, and the new mirror rattled while driving. When I took it back, they admitted the headlight they installed was broken and couldn’t be adjusted. They ordered a new headlight, bumper cover, and mirror. After the second repair, there were still major issues: areas were left unpainted, the mirror didn’t match the other side, the auto high beams dont work, dirt was in the paint, and scratches appeared in spots they had just painted a week earlier. I went to the dealership body shop expecting better quality and service, but instead, they blamed the problems on the insurance company. That does not excuse poor workmanship, unfinished repairs, or failure to properly adjust headlights. I would not recommend Northcutt Body Shop to anyone and will be sharing my experience with other

They always do all they can to get my car in as quickly
They always do all they can to get my car in as quickly as possible, with service I can rely on. These guys are the reason I always buy my car at Northcutt. Oh....and thank you soooo much for the shuttle service! I didn't ask for it but he went all the way back to my house to deliver a phone I left in the shuttle car.

Cale Daugherty is the salesman to see🏆
I love Northcutt! Gary Collins in the service department gets me in for service AND answers any questions I may have. Cale Daugherty got me out of my vehicle and into a new Encore ‘22 that I love ~ working with me on my trade-in and giving me a very fair deal. He took time to answer my many questions and explained the car features. Cale even installed my granddaughter’s car seat for me! 😊 Taylor Beierschmitt also helped with trade-in, John West was very helpful with financing. Buying a car can be a daunting experience but I highly recommend the Northcutt staff and would send you straight to Cale Daugherty if you’re interested in buying a Chevy, Buick, or Toyota!!!

The best service department I know of, always friendly, fair, informative and quick to get the job done. Salesman helped me find the perfect new car when new cars were becoming difficult to find. And while it was unavailable at the time it appeared before the day was over. I was wanting a red or blue Equinox, but, it came in on a truck that day: a red Chevy Blazer. I've been delighted with it for over a year now.

Always fast, friendly and knowledgeable! Ty is an outstanding employee. I've been doing business with Northcutt for many years and have seen many Service Managers, Service writers, as well as clerks, come and go. I've have work performed in Olathe, KS and Stillwell, OK and Ty stands head and shoulders above them all, he is all of the above and more. If I was Mr. Northcutt, I would ensure that Ty remains on staff, whatever it takes.
