This was my second car purchase at Murray Ford and it was another great experience. Yennifer was my salesperson and did an A+ job of working to find the vehicle I wanted and was excellent at maintaining an open dialogue during the process.

ALL the service technicians are great. Last week we had a good experience when Justin Alstatt came up to us to offer his help. My husband was crawling under his Escalade to see if a stick was stuck somewhere causing a noise. He was coming to pick me up after I left my Lincoln MKX to have a flat tire repaired. Justin was in sales but offered his assistance, not knowing what our need was. Long story short, we left both our vehicles for service and Justin drove us home. The end of the story is that I bought a new-to-me 2021 Lincoln Nautilus from Justin who delivered an exceptional sales experience. All I was going to do is get my tire repaired. Why isn't Justin's name listed under the Sales Dept?

Carol was outstanding at her job and she resolved all of my questions and concerns. The Quick Lube Service was done very fast and the guys over there were great.

Customer service is always great. Danny is awesome! The service was quick, they got us in and out.

xxxx. No call backs, poor communication. A ford dealership that can’t even do body work or have a body shop nearby that can? I guess that’s what you get when the population of starke is 5000 people and inbreds get grandfathered in to work at the dealership. Rudeness and dishonesty can go a long way Murray. From service advisors to service directors take your car elsewhere cause Murray ford’s people are incompetent little droolers.

Amir Asadi, Dale Murray and there team are the best in the business as far as I am concerned, they really make you feel like your needs as a customer are number one to them. There commitment to customer service and sales is second to none. I have in the past purchased several new Ford vehicles from Murray Ford. I will continue to by all my Ford vehicles from Murray Ford Super Store. I will also continue to recommend all of my friends and anyone I know is looking to purchase a Ford vehicle to Murray Ford to purchase there new vehicles.
