I have a tendency to trade in and out of vehicles pretty often, so I’ve done business with my fair share of dealerships. Murray Ford is the absolute best of the best. My salesman Ari made the process absolutely painless and was completely upfront and very low pressure about the entire sale of my new f150. I drove In from a few hours away because I simply could not find a better deal on a new truck In the entire South Georgia/North Florida region. They even offered me more for my trade than most other dealerships I had talked to. Even after the sale, Ari has been in touch with me to make sure everything was going well. I noticed a small dent in the truck after taking delivery, so I messaged the dealership and they have taken care of it even though I live on the opposite side of the state. I usually refer to dealerships as “stealerships”, but I assure every person that reads this review that you are valued and respected at this dealership and should look no further for a place to bring your business. Ari even gave me an extra set of floor mats that he had laying around. These were his actual personal floor mats… not dealership stock. I am truly blown away by the customer service I’ve received here and wish the staff nothing but success. Thank you all!

My wife couldn't settle immediately on a new vehicle. We stopped by Murray Ford several time test driving different models. Belal was always ready to help any way he could. During one visit, Belal was unavailable, but Nick jumped right in to walk us around and answer questions then handed it back over to Belal to continue. You don't see this level of team work at most places. It really defines Murray Ford as being focused on the customer. When my oldest son is ready to get behind the wheel, we will be heading to Murray Ford to get it done. I highly recommend the team at Murray Ford. If you need any help with financing, Rick can find and locate the best deal. Overall, Murray Ford is an outstanding group of people willing to do whatever it takes to help the customer.
