Bought a new 2024 Ram 2500 in February. Took it for first time to get first oil change and was told there is no first complimentary first oil change and wanted 200plus dollars. Nope Left and took it somewhere else. RIP OFF.

Great experience with no stress or hassle. Salesman Alex was professional and extremely helpful. Dealership as a whole was friendly and responsive.

Not a fan of Friendship. Too many fees and pushy sales and finance people. I have also heard that their lifetime powertrain warranties are not honored.

My wife bought a Kia K5 here and it has been the best car buying experience we’ve had so far. I would recommend this friendship dealer because they have genuinely good prices. We got the car used and when a tpms error came up they fixed it right away no problem. No one paid me to say any of this but I am really happy with how things went. Our salesman Eric Coalson was excellent and we couldn’t recommend him enough, seriously ask for Eric if you plan on buying a car there he was super nice and easy to talk to and work with. (Eric also has an excellent taste in music. Might not be important to some but it’s definitely a plus)
