Do not buy from Penny raw Ford they are nothing but liars

Do not buy from Penny raw Ford they are nothing but liars and thieves. They sold me a truck with no heat. I called and complained less than two months after purchasing the truck. They refused to fix it. They took a month to even come get it. left me stranded 45 miles from home and I had to walk Then they continue to pass blame back-and-forth. I made excuse after excuse after excuse on why they couldn’t fix my truck and why they won’t fix my truck. They’re not a reputable business. They’re a joke. I a disabled veteran they took advantage of me, knowing I needed a vehicle and purchasing this truck from them has caused more damage to my personal business And I had to shut down my business because of my truck and I’m not gonna bounce back. it’s 25° outside and I am freezing on my way to work.

Will not honor their trade value

Was looking into upgrading my current ride. So I got an online trade in quote and went to the dealership. Got low balled when I got there didn’t even honor the online offer. I have an 19 with less than 12k miles on it excellent condition even has the new car smell still. Wasn’t even looking at a new car there it was a used one with more miles than mine if you are looking for a deal don’t go here I guess they will sit on that vehicle for a while longer

No notice, no appt. needed.

"no appt. needed, just show up at 7:30". I called first and was told this. I show up before 7:30 to find out, "no oil changes today due to staff shortage". Really, after 21 miles one way? Shall I just try again, another 21 miles and then back? Can they not control their employees? How many others were turned away?

Best buying car experience

You can tell that everyone here works together to help service each customer and their unique requirements. Their open concept lobby is something you don't see everyday. A salesman will talk to a manager in front of you, and not walk away to haggle behind closed doors in an office. If you want the personal touch when buying a vehicle this is the dealership for you.

I love going to Pennyrile Ford in Hopkinsville! I live in Tennessee so I drive a little further passing one facility, to get to the one in Hopkinsville. The drive is worth the customer service I receive!

No Integrity in the Service Department

I don’t expect my service to be free or even dirt cheap but they charge outrageous prices on services that all the other food dealerships in the area charge so much less for. Do not go to this dealership for routine maintenance unless you have plenty of money to blow. I was told that “replacing or machining” the rear rotors, replacing brake pads, and a full service oil change would be no more than $350. And that the higher end would be if they had to replace the rotors. They machined the rotors, didnt replace but machined, and charged me $400. When I complained they said that I was told what the price was and the price is the price. But when they looked back at the paperwork, notes were made regarding the no more than $350 and they still would not honor their word, zero integrity. When the manager was confronted about how high their prices were compared to Parker Ford in Murray, Jenkins and Wynne and Clarksville and Greenwood Ford in Bowling Green he didn’t care that they charged over $100 dollars more then the neighboring dealerships for machining rotors. Instead of being an institution of integrity he displayed the values that you expect from Pennyrile Ford, spineless. He went and hid in his office while I paid a bill that was not what they quoted me and way higher than the neighboring ford dealerships. Save your money and go to a dealership with integrity, honor, and who will treat you with respect. Stay away from Pennyrile Ford. The photos speak to their integrity!
