Friendly Service Department

I have been into your dealership twice for service, since moving back to Page in April of 2014. I have been very impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable service department staff. I will continue to bring my Ford Focus and Jeep Wrangler in for service.

Awsome service

The best dealer service I've experienced! This service department has given us a reason to possibly buy a new truck from them.

great experience

I was extremely happy with the service received at lake powell ford. Prior to this trip to anterior canyon I had visited camelback ford where I was told I cannot get an oil change with more than 250 miles until my next scheduled service. However I have a maintenance plan that would have allowed for 3 more. Anyway as luck turns out my car started leaking coolant while I was on my trip so I took my car to Lake Powell Ford where they give me an oil change without any hassle found my coolant leak and although they didn't have the part to fix it right then. they were very calm and if I'm ever in Page Arizona again I would get an oil change if I needed one

Great Service By Chase Glover

We were on Thanksgiving vacation and our car broke down late Tuesday evening. Service Manager Chase Glover ran a diagnostic test and found the problem but was unable to get the part until after Thanksgiving. He got us a rental and allowed us to transfer all of our stuff inside the garage and we were on our way again. When Monday came, we called and the vehicle was all ready fro us when we returned. Lake Powell Ford and Chase Glover in particular turned what could have been a disaster into a wonderful experience. Thanks Chase!

Chase and his Service Dept were fantastic

I scheduled an appointment online. I received a text message that A.M. confirming date/time. When I got to the dealer Chase had no record of any appointment. He immediately scheduled us and got us in as soon as he could as it was lunchtime. Chase was excellent he answered my questions and even took the time to show me where my transmission gear scale had disappeared on my dash. They started working on my vehicle when I walked out look at the 2014 F-150.s. I was approached by a Salesman I explained a little about our situation and why we were there he thanked us and left. Bannon then came out and answered a question I did have that the first salesman couldn't answer. I again explained our situation and why we were there. He pushed too hard and I really didn't appreciate that. He kept pressing to get us to take a test drive and just find out what my truck was worth and what he could get us into a new truck would cost us. In our situation we are recently retired and looking for a place to winter down south. We pull a 3000 lb a-frame trailer with our V6 5700 lb towing capacity rated truck. We haven't found our Shangri La yet. We still haven't decided if we want to travel all winter or settle down in one place. Either way the truck trailer combo we have now is sufficient. So we took the new one for a test drive we filled out a credit check authorization, and waited for his sales manager to speak with us. All we were interested in were the numbers, what is our vehicle worth to you as a trade in. The sales manager came over introduced himself and asked what we were looking to do of which I replied for a third time my intentions, questions and concerns. He thanked us and we all went on our way. So the reason I'm explaining myself a fourth time is this isn't my first rodeo with car salesman. I used to work in the industry as a mechanic. The reason I left that field was because I can't stand the pressure tactics salesman put themselves and us the general public through. I was simply killing time and went out for a walk in the lot while I got my trucks oil changed. Listen you wanted my feedback this is to help make you a better dealer. Nobody needs to be fired no need for any response to this. Sit down discuss this and make sure you aren't doing this to anyone else who comes in for a oil change.

My Lake Powell Trip

My truck died numerous times on my drive from Los Angeles to Lake Powell. I took my truck in to have you look at it while I was on the lake for the week but they were unable to find the problem. They charged me a minimal fee and since that time I have never had it die on my so who knows what the problem was. They did what they could, didn't over charge me and kept me updated and were very professional.
