Easy and clear process. Justin got us exactly what we wanted. It was great that we could do most of our communication via email, telephone, and text messaging. It made the process easier for busy, working people

Top notch at every point. Period.
1. Work done in time I was told it would take. 2. Waiting area clean, comfortable and packed with snacks. A 'wow' moment when -- after i arrived without having eaten -- the service fellow said I didn't have to walk down the road for something and went into the room to pull out fresh supply of crackers and things. 3. WHEN I confessed to being bad about not keeping up with service, the gentlemen named Guy made time for extra explanation about my specific car model and WHY it particularly required attentiveness. His time, willingness to offer added info and ability to explain in terms I could understand will mean a change in my behavior. 4. When I paid bill, not only was it less than I expected, woman at window was friendly and engaging.

Great Sales Service
The salesman, Mark Stallard, is my all-time favorite sales person. I would like to have had a new Ford F-150 truck. However, since Mark works at the Chevrolet Dealership, I had to buy a used one in order for him to get the comission. I'd rather buy a used truck from Mark than a new one from anyone else.
