Not only will they not honor the online price for a used

Not only will they not honor the online price for a used car unless you finance with them AND have a trade-in (they don't put that on the website), if they can't find your second key until 3 days later they'll drop it in a plain white envelope and drop it in the mail. USPS says very specifically NOT to do this (Publication 25, chapter 3-7), as bulky items will be damaged and ejected as the letter goes through processing, like my key was. Then they'll blame USPS for losing your key, refuse to admit the mistake, and offer to charge you to replace it. Please consider whether a dealership who cheaps out in such a way should be trusted with your next car purchase.

I was satisfied with the experience, even though l spent

I was satisfied with the experience, even though l spent along time with the financial person. I think this process could have shorten, as I told him l didn't want a service he went on to explain it anyway.

Have not had one good experience in 5 years of having my

Have not had one good experience in 5 years of having my truck serviced by them. I can?t think of one time I dropped it off and 1) got it back with no further issues 2) what was quoted originally not change. Replaced cam phasers , next day water pump went on the way to work. After the water pump was replaced , truck would over heat. After multiple times back and the re-bleeding the coolant system , replacing the radiator cap , then the radiator finally after arguing I got them to replace the thermostat. Bring the truck in for a vibration and was told it was my tires. Tires had good tread and were not cupped. But replaced my tires and vibration was still there. They test drove the truck 3 miles the first time. So when I stated it was highway speeds they did not try to duplicate the issue. But when I brought it back the said it was now the drive shaft. Which it was. They replaced my oil pan 3 times. Then the rear main seal. Truck still leaked oil. Argued with the to replace the rear main seal again. Got the truck back and they didn?t even attempt to be professional and clean the oil off the bottom which had now coated the entire outside of my truck. I was also informed my timing cover was leaking. I did like my service advisor but feel there is a huge lack of leader ship. After asking to speak to the GM to his credit he did call me the next day. At which point I was over the situation and sick I had them ever touch my truck, and went and bought a new tremor 30min away at a different ford dealer. but seeing as I work next door and run a service dept of my own I really tried to build a good relationship with them. Morgana to her credit did listen to my concerns and was very professional.

I would like to first thank Mr. Marlon Nichols who met me with professionalism and also answered everyone of my questions in reference to an electronic vehicle. I initially came there looking for a VW Tiguan. It wasn't available so I was introduced to 2025 Ford Mustang Mach E. I test drove it and was yet not convinced. I took a day after consultation with my wife prayer and sleep. I came back and Mr. Nichols came through on his promise for guaranteed financing at a low rate. I am very thankful for Marlon the Finance Mgr and GM. Very good job. Thank you.

Crossroads Ford has a first class showroom, huge

Crossroads Ford has a first class showroom, huge inventory , friendly and helpful personnel. It was such an easy process buying a new Maverick with employee pricing. I would definitely buy a new car here again and recommend to family.
