We had an appointment for an “express” oil change. Waited for hours on site with no update. Finally after hours, we left the dealership to wait at home. We had to call AND text to finally get an update - not once did our service advisor reach out to us to let us know about the status. I understand things get backed up, but there was no excuse for lack of communication and updates. I emailed Richard Wade after about the experience and he didn’t bother to reply. Clearly our customer satisfaction didn’t matter.

The Service Department at Capitol Subaru advocates for its customers! Faced with a major repair 5K miles after our warranty expired, the Service Department manager, Rick, and our service agent, Andy, did every thing in their power to minimize our costs and hold Subaru Customer Advocacy accountable. Our Subaru Forester is ready to go another 9 years or more after they completed a miraculous repair!

Richard made the process easy and fun. It felt like working with a friend or family member to find me the car I wanted. Christian made the final paperwork quick and easy as well.

I talked to Jerome Rizon on the phone regarding the car I was interested in. We agreed to meet so that I could see the car. When we met, the car had already been sold, but the agency made an effort to find me a car exactly like I want it. I’m very pleased that they work so hard to find me the car and would recommend this dealership to my friends.
