Really happy with the overall experience.

Really happy with the overall experience. My wife and I leased a 2026 Solterra, and we were well down the path about a specific car they had on the lot. But in the process we changed our minds about some of the details (mainly decided we preferred a different color, which they didn't have in stock; also a few other minor things). So we abandoned the initial partial-paperwork, and the people at Capital found a car matching our preferences in the area -- they went and got that other car on the spot, so we wrapped the deal up tthat day.

I am usually very satisfied with my service from Capitol

I am usually very satisfied with my service from Capitol Subaru and this time was no different. My service associate, Anthony was very helpful and had great communication with me throughout the whole service period for my vehicle.

I couldn't have asked for a better service experience. Everything went like clockwork and as it was explained to me. Javier was very accommodating and wanted to remedy even the slightest concern. I highly recommend Capitol Subaru!

I had a great experience.

I had a great experience. The sales manager was very transparent and straightforward about pricing, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We were able to finalize everything quickly without unnecessary back-and-forth. I truly appreciated his professionalism. Highly recommend!

We went into the dealership just looking at cars and

We went into the dealership just looking at cars and considering buying a Crosstrek. Jacob listened closely to us and showed us a couple of cars then went for a test drive with us. We left interested but undecided. He then followed up and we went back to the dealership and were helped by Trinity, who helped us select a Crosstrek that fit what we were looking for and took us on two separate test drives. The managers were also very helpful. We were impressed with the lack of pressure to buy and that the showroom was full of customers.

The work performed is good and the service advisors are

The work performed is good and the service advisors are friendly, but this location is much more expensive than other Subaru service locations and they do try to upsell servives that are not required. I'm told it's because they are part of the DGDG group. If I need a bigger service, I will drive further even if inconvenient to save hundreds of dollars. Also the last service we received, they did not wash the car which they used to always do.
