I am very upset with the salesman I had at this dealership. I was shopping online for the vehicle I wanted and I found a dealership that had it! Ethan assured me if I wanted 0% financing, the powerhouse price the other dealership was offering wouldn't qualify for it. I spoke to them today. It does qualify! I also didn't get the lifetime warranty because I put my truck in an LLC. Joe, in finance, assuree me their price was the best they could do. The truck already had 2835 miles on it and I received zero discount for that. I will not shop at Coad Chevrolet when I replace my Traverse High Country in a couple years. This is not the first vehicle I have bought from them but it will be the last.

I had been shopping to trade in my Buick Enclave for about 5 months, all the dealers that I been to were not very accommodating as to want I wanted and wanted a huge down payment even before running my credit, they all kept pushing to me buy a brand new vehicle over the price I told them I wanted to pay, at Coad Chevrolet Kevin was a pleasure to work with he listened to what I wanted when it came down to the payment and the down payment I didn’t want to be at within hrs Kevin found me the same car I was wanting but at a payment I was comfortable with plus even stayed late for me to arrive after I got off work, Coad Chevrolet has gained my trust and business for future purchases. Stopped by on a Saturday browsing for a hard to find pick up . Tuesday Doug called me and said he found what I was looking for by Saturday I had my new pick up couldn’t be happier.
