My sales person was great and he explained to me about my new car. He went further to have me take a ride in my to be new car!

EVANS Toyota
I do not recommend this service center. We took our certified Sienna in for a new battery. We purchased the vehicle 3 weeks ago. The service center told us the battery was covered by our warranty. When my husband returned to pick up the van the battery was not replaced. The service center said our battery was fine. The van died within 2 hours after my husband picked it up. We returned to the dealership with the van the next day and insisted they replace the battery. They (the same person from the previous day) told us the battery was not covered by our warranty. The customer service at this dealership is atrocious! Do not take your vehicle to them!
