Marion Subaru

I wasn't going to do a review, but after months of trying to get my car fixed I got nowhere. I bought a used SUV back in May. Drove it 30 miles and it broke down in my driveway. Called the dealership and they came and got it. They had it 2 to 3 weeks and fixed the problem ( the transmission) picked it up and had it 3 weeks and the transmission still not working like it should. Took it back and they had it for 9 weeks and said they couldn't duplicate the problem. I emailed several times trying to unwind the deal or get me in something different but never got a response. I asked to get the owner of the dealer involved to see if he/ she could do something to get the problem solved and the customer happy. Well that never happened. It seemed had to call several times just to get a hold of someone and when they say I will get back to you wait 3 weeks for a response. I had no issues with my sales person Alex or the service advisor Ian. Service let me use a loaner for the 9 weeks they had it. I was told to drive it and if it acts up again to take it back, but I can't keep driving to Marion and then getting nowhere. I need a SUV that is reliable and I didn't get that at Marion Subaru. I am hoping the OWNER sees this and is willing to do something to get a happy customer that will come back and will refer there family that are looking for a new vehicle to either dealership they own.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Facility is clean and impressive. I’ve traded cars many times over the last 45 years, this is my first Subaru but not my last. My wife is very happy with the Outback. Everything was positive between the salesman Nick and the financial manager. Very impressed by the pre appointment video. Overall we are extremely happy with Marion Subaru.

They told me jeep just had brakes changed 2 days after buying it had to spend 150 to get back brakes done after spending 10.000 on the jeep

I loved the aggressive low pricing of the Forester from the beginning, and the very fair trade in value for our Jeep. I truly enjoyed buying a car here, no negotiating needed!!! Mike was fabulous with correspondence the week leading up to our drive to meet in person and purchase the car. Nick was also helpful that day, as well as Grant. A huge thank you to the entire Marion team, you guys are great! I will definitely travel 2 hours to do business with them again in the future!

My Ascent received it’s 12,000 mile service. Everyone at Marion Subaru is friendly and professional. Especially during this unsettling pandemic time, it was nice to know that the car had been cleaned and the window left open for ventilation. (Inside) I don’t do business where people disregard safety protocols. Highly recommend Marion Subaru. I’m an ex Ford owner. Loved my Ford products. Subaru more.

love this place the people are awesome!!! Service is perfect, quick and quality. Marion Subaru is the best place to have your car serviced. I take my Nissan there also.

Always pleasant and keeps me updated. Service is timely with updates frequently. They seem to take pride in their jobs. They don’t over book service like some dealers do. People I was in contact with wore a mask which was comforting.
