If I could give this place zero Stars I would.

If I could give this place zero Stars I would. Nick is a unavailable and unmotivated employee who does not care about his customers. After waiting 2 months for radio to come in and leaving multiple messages, I was told to come in to have it replaced before and scheduled oil change. I live over an hour away and it is the closest Hyundai dealership to me. After getting there I am told after waiting for 45 minutes though they do not have my radio. You cannot get a hold of anyone in the service department and have to leave a message with the receptionist, who is super stressed from receiving all the phone calls and having to take messages. The radio finally got replaced but not after spending the whole day, I kid you not from 8:45 to 2:30, they fixed the radio and change the oil. I will not be going back and I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

They don't value their customers or honor their

They don't value their customers or honor their warranties. My 3rd vehicle purchased there: went in for engine problems, got it fixed. Went in again for engine problems with 1000 miles over warranty again, and dealership service department said tough luck. No resolution.

Service Department

Terrible Service Department. I brought my car in twice and neither time did it come back fixed. The service department front desk worker was very disrespectful over the phone and in person. I will not be buying a car from here again.

Buyer beware !!!!!!

Quick lane lube took three trips to get oil changed on a brand new tuscon hyundai , first trip they made us a appointment on a day they were closed (45 over there 45 back home) went back three days later and they asked if we had a appointment we explained they had made us one on a day they were closed and they told us we would have to wait 3 to 4 hours(no way) ( 45 milies over there 45back home) third trip over mind you our warranty was about to run out on the mileage and my wife only had to wait 3 hours on a complimentary oil change. Buyer beware on your 3 year 36,000 mille complimentary hyundai oil change plan on spending the whome day yhere

Excellent sales force. Poor service. Made appointment for complimentary oil change and after 30 minutes was told they had no filter. New elantra has 8000 miles on it with dirty oil. No idea when filter is available. And no after market filter available. Bizarre situation.

very bad experience, will never recommend

Very unsatisfied, offerd $4000 less than anyone else for my trade in, and there truck was overpriced for the problems it had, an drove 3.5 Hrs to come home very disappointed in a ford dealer
